A sandbox is a place to play, to build, to experiment.

As kids, we all had a place to play: it may have been a sandbox, a colouring book, a spare room, or maybe just the space in our heads. But as adults we often lose the habit of expressing ourselves.

I believe that the internet is so popular because it allows people to make their own spaces and regain their lost creativity. It's an outlet we all need. That's the reason I built this site.

But now people are coming back to me and suggesting ways I 'should' use my site. They have all sorts of ideas about possibilities I've never thought of, ideas I don't have time for.

But since I'm paying for more space than I can use, that's not really a problem. You're free to comment on anything you see here. You're also free to ask for some space of your own to pursue any project you may have in mind. Or ask for features you would like to see. Or anything. This site isn't for any specific purpose. It's an experiment, a toy, and I don't mind sharing.

So if you need a space to display your artwork, or to talk with your friends, or form a club, or simply play with possibilities, then drop me a line and I'll be happy to help.

(I have also recently helped a friend build a website of his own with similar capabilities to this one, and more. I can't do it for free, but it's a lot easier and cheaper than you might believe. If you would like a site of your own then get in touch.)
